Several devices have independent pod shutoff when articulated, helping to conserve battery and prevent accidental light exposure.

Most products are equipped with an onboard infrared illuminator, enhancing visibility in total darkness.

All devices offer options for high-performance image intensifiers, including NNVT, Elbit, and L3Harris White Phosphor, which provide clear, high-contrast images.

Returns And Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds because a customer wants to return an item. Items will be backed by our warranty policies and will be replaced or repaired, however, no refunds will be given. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with before ordering.

Returns must be deemed damage from AC Night Vision and all returns are subject to Restocking fees of 25% or more. We will provide a return mailing address and inspect the unit or accessories. If we (AC Night Vision) deem the unit has been altered or damaged due to improper use or swapping of parts. Any refund will be waved. If we deem damage was not the users fault we will honor the warranty and rectify the issue.

Cancellations

All orders are non-cancellable. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to contact AC Night Vision Co, with any questions prior to placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to understand that lead times are an estimate and can change based of industry availability.

Warranty

Newly built Night Vision devices assembled by AC Night Vision LLC. will carry a limited warranty based on manufacturer warranty (some offer lifetime amd others are limited). The warranty will cover the housing, electronics and optics of your unit against manufacturer defects. The image intensifier will carry only a one or two year manufacturer defect warranty from the original date of purchase or manufacturer date on data sheets (image intensifier will be sent to manufacturer for warranty repair or service). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the unit and damage from personal use. It is the sole discretion by AC Night Vision LLC. to determine if a product issue is defect in nature or caused by negligence by the user. In the event that a defect is covered by this warranty, AC Night Vision LLC, at our sole discretion, will either repair or replace the product based on specific factors. This will be the only remedy offered, no refunds will be given.

Reject The Modern World Co. Will Not Cover:

  • Negligence (intentional damage)
  • Products used in an abnormal manner
  • Abuse of the product
  • Items that were altered or modified
  • Items repaired by anyone or company other than Reject The Modern World Co. or AC Night Vision LLC
  • High Light, laser or Phosphor Persistence burns from any light or laser source.
  • Glass breakage from drops or impacts
